Detective Recipes – Nero Wolfe Cookbook – Eggs Au Beurre Noir & Hash Browned Potatoes
Having recently acquired a stack of detective themed cookbooks, I’m having a go at some of these old-fashioned recipes. In this entry, I try my hand at “Eggs au Beurre Noir” and “Hash Browned Potatoes” from the “Breakfast in the Old Brownstone” chapter of the Nero Wolfe Cookbook, by Rex Stout and the Editors of the Viking Press – Copyright 1934.
